1. Who we are

2. What ZecureRFP is — and isn't
ZecureRFP analyzes a federal solicitation you upload and produces a score, red flags, and a written brief. This output is informational analysis only — it is not legal, contracting, or professional advice, and it does not replace your own review of the solicitation. Scores and flags are generated by deterministic rules and machine-learning models and can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for independently verifying every finding against the actual solicitation document before making a bid decision.
3. Your documents
You must have the right to upload and share any document you submit. Uploaded solicitations are typically public government documents; if you upload something else, you retain ownership. We do not use your documents to train machine-learning models — see our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Accounts and payment
Some features require a paid plan, billed through Dodo Payments. We never receive or store your card details directly — Dodo Payments handles all payment processing. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect immediately rather than at the end of a billing period.
5. Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and evaluation data at any time. Evaluations are also automatically deleted 30 days after creation by default. See our Privacy Policy for how to request earlier deletion.
6. Limitation of liability
ZecureRFP is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenexta is not liable for any bid decision made in reliance on ZecureRFP output, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.
